About Us

     Dr. Thad Diehl, D.C. is the founder and clinic director of Advanced Center for Pain Relief and Wellness, PLLC  formerly Diehl Family Chiropractic, in State College and Clearfield, PA.  He is a graduate of Penn State University and Palmer College of Chiropractic.  In addition to chiropractic, Dr. Diehl has advanced study and training in Functional Medicine and laboratory based nutrition. This background leaves him uniquely qualified to NATURALLY address serious health problems using dietary protocols and the highest quality nutritional supplements based on highly specialized lab work. Dr Diehl is currently pursuing a diplomate in functional neurology through the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies and a Diplomate through the American Board of Clinical Nutrition.  He is also Pennsylvania’s first certified Gluten Coach.

Dr Diehl lives in Clearfield with his wife Sue, his son Cash and daughter Sonny Grace.  In his spare time, Dr. Diehl enjoys spending time with his children, reading, exercising, other outdoor activities.
